Trend chart for every biomarker
See each value over time against its reference range, and compare results across dates.
Upload a lab report as a PDF or a photo. Mediki reads every value and plots it over time, so you can see what is changing before your next doctor's visit.

Every blood test arrives as a separate PDF or sheet of paper. Comparing this year's results with last year's means digging through emails, lab portals and folders, and that is exactly when a slow change goes unnoticed.
Each report shows one moment. You only see a trend when results sit side by side.
One lab reports glucose in mmol/L, another in mg/dL. Comparing them by hand is error-prone.
At the doctor's office, the report from two years ago is rarely at hand.
From a pile of reports to a clear timeline in a few minutes.
Drop in a PDF from your lab or take a photo of a paper result. Add older reports too, and your history fills in straight away.
Mediki reads each biomarker, its value, unit and the reference range printed on your report. You review everything and can fix any value before it is saved.
Every biomarker gets its own chart with its reference range. Each new test adds a point, so changes stand out at a glance.
Built for people who get tested more than once and want to understand what changed.
See each value over time against its reference range, and compare results across dates.
Extracts values, units and reference ranges from lab reports, so you never type them in by hand.
Results from different labs are converted to one unit, so they line up on the same chart.
Group the markers you follow, like a thyroid or lipid panel, and open them together.
Store lab reports and other medical documents in categories, ready when your doctor asks.
Download your documents and results whenever you like. Your data stays yours.
Learn what each marker measures and what high or low values can mean, with linked sources.
Upload and move on. You get a notification as soon as your report has been processed.
Send a clear overview before your appointment instead of a stack of printouts.
Mediki recognises the markers on the most common blood panels: blood count, blood sugar, cholesterol, electrolytes, kidney and liver function, thyroid, iron, vitamins and inflammation.

Upload each lab report to Mediki as a PDF or a photo. Mediki reads every value, unit and reference range, you check them, and each biomarker gets its own chart. Every new report adds a point to the charts, so you see how your results change from test to test.
Mediki works with PDF lab reports and photos of paper results from most laboratories. It reads the value, unit and reference range printed on the report. Before anything is saved you see what was extracted and can correct it.
More than 50 common blood markers: complete blood count, glucose and HbA1c, cholesterol and triglycerides, electrolytes, kidney and liver function, thyroid hormones and antibodies, iron status, vitamins D, B12 and folate, and inflammation markers such as CRP. Examples include TSH, FT4, HbA1c, LDL, ferritin, vitamin D and creatinine.
Mediki converts each value to one unit per biomarker, for example mg/dL and mmol/L for glucose, so results from different labs line up on the same chart. The original value from your report is kept as well.
Every new account gets 75 free tokens, enough to extract 15 pages, and no card is required. After that you only pay when you extract a new page: 5 tokens per page, with packs from 4.99 EUR. Storing documents and viewing your charts never costs tokens, and tokens do not expire.
